Gary Green and Rachael Jordan successfully negotiated an approval for our client for an attic addition to a two storey home at Tamarama.

The Council had argued that the attic would convert the building to a three storey building which would be out of character with the surrounding homes in the cul-de-sac and area.

With the assistance of our team of architectural and planning experts, we were able to convince the Council of the merits of our case without the need to go to a defended hearing.
